A seven hour drive from Taliesin, we find ourselves on the southern coast of Lake Superior in Bayfield, Wisconsin. 
With a population of 500; it too invites an expanded summer presence… so reminiscent of “our” Bayfield with its beautiful harbor and sailing community. We settle Clo’set in a township park with a site on the sands of the Lake Superior beach. To our left over the porcupine Mts. we watch the sun settle into her diamonds .
Entertainment tonight is giggling through “The long long trailer”. Lucy and Desi don’t disappoint as we now can relate to so many of their challenges having spent the last four days living in such confined moving quarters.
